Romans happens to be one of my favorite books for a variety of reasons. Turning to this specific “verse of the day” today though, we find a multiplicity of themes. It reminds us of the inadequacy of works and thus becomes a gateway to gospel conversations. It reminds us of the true purpose of the law. Focus for 2023

A new year lies ahead of us. While we may have plans, we don’t know what the year may bring for us. God does though. GOD & MAN – IS THAT IMPORTANT?

Hypostatic union. While it is a theological term, it has great significance for us as saved people. It’s hard to understand, and I don’t think that we can every understand it fully. But it is very applicable for us. Without this, we would not be saved.
