THE END OF THE WORLD…NO, NOT YET
Our world is fascinated by apocalyptic events. Christians as fascinated by end times events. The books of Daniel and Revelation intrigue people. As we look briefly at eschatology today (study of the end times), I find hope, I find a warning, I find a mission, I find a calling. The end of the of the world? No, not yet. But God does have the future planned.
ANCIENT OF DAYS
Ancient of Days. I remember hearing that term for the first time when I was in college or in a popular chorus. We see it in only a handful of places in the Bible and often in terms of judgment. But exploring the term a bit more, it also reminds us that our God is timeless. He has existed since eternity past. These moments have not caught him off guard.
