Are You Committed to Change?

Join us this week as we dive a bit deeper yet into Romans 12:1-2, continuing to explore what we started on Sunday and how it is to be lived. Today, we’ll look at the subject of sanctification as encouraged by the Apostle Paul in Romans 12. Glad to have you join us. We encourage you to view Sunday’s sermon if you haven’t had a chance to do so yet. CCLI Streaming License # 20229783

Following Jesus While We Wait for His Return

On Sunday, we discussed the importance of following Jesus as we wait for his return. Some time ago, I was greatly encouraged by this interview with a man named Ruslan. Take a few moments to watch and be encouraged and challenged in your own walk with the Lord and the call to follow him. “He Is Coming Again” (Gospel of John & Revelation)

Gospel Transformation Stories (Part 2)

As we started our new series on Sunday, we talked about the fact that the gospel of God transformed our identity. It certainly did for Paul who went from a persecutor of the church and became and advocate for the church. The gospel brings transformation. This week, I’d like to just simply be encouraged by a couple of stories about gospel transformation both as a means to salvation and as a means to greater imitation of Christ in daily life.…

Repentance and Opposition

Sunday, we worked through Ezra and and focused on the litmus tests of genuine repentance. We skipped on last point though that happens to revolve around one of the most difficult verses in Ezra. Today we explore that verse and expound on that last point as we continue looking at genuine repentance. Thanks for watching! “Is It the Real Deal?” (Ezra 10)

KNOWN THROUGHOUT THE LAND (1 THESSALONIANS 1)

I love this book of 1 Thessalonians. I find myself saying that often about various portions of the Bible, but it’s about our Creator & Savior so why not love it! Here we see though the heart of Paul unfold for these believers, and how the gospel has changed their lives to the glory of God. Let’s read through this first chapter together.

A SIX LETTER WORD (COLOSSIANS 3)

There’s a word that very few of actually like – CHANGE. We’ve experienced a lot of it though in the past few months. And the reality is that the Christian life is all about change. We are changing into the image of Christ day by day as we are yielded to the Spirit and purposeful in pursuing after Christ and imitating him in every possible way. Colossians 3 NET

BUT GOD…(EPHESIANS 2)

A few words can changes our lives forever: Will you marry me? We’re pregnant! I’m sorry to tell you. I have bad news. In Ephesians 2, Paul makes a statement that speaks of the radical change in believer’s lives – “But God…” When he steps into the scene, everything changes! Take a moment to read Ephesians 2 and then watch. Ephesians 2 NET
