We have been instructed throughout Scripture to pray.  We are to pray to the Lord.  We are to pray for one another.  With the large number of matters in need of prayer, of being brought before the Throne of Grace, we are going to spend some time doing just that–praying.  Join us for a special time lifting up various requests to the Lord who not only hears each and every one but has the power to answer in marvelous ways.

We are currently working through 1st & 2nd Peter.  Join us for this great time of fellowship, study of God’s Word, and usually a little supper together.

We have a number of folks in our congregation of varying ages who no longer have children in the home.  Within that number, there are many years of wisdom and experience.  Our hope is to be able to share some of those things in order to benefit one another as Pastor Paul walks the group through eleven topics of discussion.  Join us for the evening.

Join us for a picnic at the Oostburg Village Park.  Starting at 3 PM you can come and just hang out and converse with folks or bring a lawn game and have some family friendly fun during the afternoon.  Supper will be at 5 PM and we ask that you bring a dish to pass.  Visitors are welcome and don’t need to bring a thing.  For our members, you are more than welcome to invite and bring a friend.  See…

We try to get together at PD’s house a couple of times during the summer to just hang out and have fun together.  We will have a bon fire and be making puggie pies.  For those youth attending, you are encouraged to bring chips, a dessert, or some other sort of snack.  Looking forward to the time together.  Contact the church office for directions & location.

From June 10th – July 15th, we will be working through a new topic “Living Above the Line” which focuses on character qualities of a Christian and begs you to ask yourself the question “Am I living above or below the line?”  Join us and discover the 5 qualities that are above the line and their opposites which are below.  You will be challenged in your walk with God as we study together.  Looking forward to seeing you there.

We meet regularly to encourage our young people to walk worthy of their calling.  This week, Josiah, one of our former youth, will be speaking and sharing what the Lord has laid on his heart to present to our young people.  Join us on our youth group nights for fellowship, food, games, and most importantly time in the Word of God.

The first Sunday of the month we set aside a time to observe communion.  It is a special time of remembering the sacrifice of Christ and how great the cost of our salvation truly was.  And as Paul wrote in 1 Corinthians 11, it is time as well in which we “proclaim the Lord’s death until He comes”.

Our youth are headed to Cedarville University this summer for the IFCA National Youth Convention.  Not only will they be challenged by messages from the Word of God and get to meet other Christian teens from across the United States, but the whole focus of the event is their involvement in ministry.  And to that end, they will be participating in MTAs (Ministry Training Areas) where they will be encouraged to be involved in the ministry of their local church…

This is a special evening for us.  We will be welcoming in all our new 7th graders.  Parents you are more than welcome to attend and see what our youth nights are all about.  For those going to the IFCA National Youth Convention, this evening will be used to finalize the last details before the trip.  Parents of those teens, if you wish to come you can and ask any final questions before the trip.  See you all there.

Come on out to Kvindlog’s BP Station in Waldo, WI on June 13th.  We will be selling juicy Johnsonville Brats, hearty 1/3 lb. burgers, hot dogs, and delectable homemade treats from 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM on the south side of the parking lot.  All proceeds raised from the fundraiser go toward our summer youth trips and other youth ministry expenses.  This year we are headed to the IFCA National Youth Convention in Cedarville, OH June 21-287, 2015 to spend…

Now it’s time to begin looking forward to the 2015-16 year.  This meeting is for leaders, helpers and those interested in participating in the AWANA ministry.  If you like kids and want to see them establish a close relationship with Jesus Christ, please join us.  Being a leader does not necessarily mean you would need to teach, although there may be some openings for that.  We also need people who are willing to be “listeners” as the kids say their sections. …

We meet weekly for study of the Word of God and to encourage one another in our walks with God.  Each week we also share a small meal that varies week to week…many times its pizza though that we get for free.  Join us for this time of great spiritual refreshment.  Please contact the church office to find out our meeting place.
