TO THE PRAISE OF HIS GLORY

I have been stuck on the phrase “to the praise of His glory” from Ephesians 1 today. As I think about us as believers and as a church, are we living in such a way that could be summarized as that? My prayer for us all, for churches across America this year is that no matter what may face us, that we would be the hands and feet of Christ, imitators of God, salt and light, that we might bring HIM glory. It requires us to evaluate our lives and purposely think through how to do that. And cooperate with the Spirit’s work within us that we might bring glory to his name.
